My name is J. Aiello and I have been involved with Kitsap Animal Control since April of 2006. In that time I have worked on multiple cruelty cases involving dogs, cats, birds and horses.

I chose this profession because I needed to do something altruistic with my life and work for a greater good, not just for money.

I derive great satisfaction from my job whether it is returning a lost dog to its family or rescuing a dog from a neglectful one.

In my off time I enjoy going camping and hiking all over the Northwest with my two boys…Buddy a Labrador/Greyhound mix and Marley a Labrador/Australian Sheppard mix both of whom were adopted from humane societies.

In addition to my two dogs I also have several fish tanks and I am in the process of trying to train my Koi to eat cheerios out of my hand.
