Officer T. Edwards

I’ve been an Animal Control Officer a little less than a year. I started working in Animal Care, where I spent 10 months learning how to properly care for animals, and recognizing different breeds. Now that I have transferred to Animal Control, I have received 4 months of on-the-job training, have successfully completed a horse cruelty class, and have studied local and state ordinances involving the law.

 I live in a home with two animals, that actually belong to my roommates but I treat as if they were my own. One of the dogs comes from right here at the Kitsap Humane Society and is the best animal I have had the pleasure of knowing.
