Your donation will provide assistance to many homeless animals. You may make your donation in tribute to a special animal or human friend by simply downloading and printing out the form. Fill out the necessary sections, enclose your donation and mail both to KHS. Gifts of $250.00 or more will be remembered with the addition of their name on our perpetual plaque in the KHS lobby.
